The Black Horse Pub has been trading in Coton in The Elms village since the 1820s, and in recent years has won several awards: CAMRA South Derbyshire pub of the year in 2011, 2014, 2015 and 2016 - as well as runner up in 2023 and 2024.
It also won cider pub of the year in 2018,2019 and 2024. It currently boasts over 35 different cider choices.
